About the film/presentation: We’ll talk about how much Colombian cinema has grown in the past 20 years; a cinematography developed by a young generation of filmmakers who has been selected in the festival circuit with great results. Why Colombian directors have something to say? What topics are the cornerstone of new Colombian cinema? From a close approach, Jorge Andrés Botero will talk about his experience doing independent films and how this way of production is threatened by the big streaming services.
