Tinker-Nave Field Research Grants: support graduate students who wish to pursue short-term research in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Iberian Peninsula. All graduate students in all departments at the University of Wisconsin-Madison are eligible. There are no citizenship restrictions. Deadline: March 1st. Apply Here
The Helen Firstbrook Franklin Scholarship Program (HFFS):Departments nominate top entering graduate students with Latin American, Caribbean, or Iberian commitments to focus on their studies during their first academic year at the University of Wisconsin. For Undergrad Students
LACIS Internship Grant: Undergraduate students (from any major or discipline — with preference given to declared LACIS majors) can receive one-time funds for internships or volunteer programs in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Iberian Peninsula. Domestic programs will be considered if the work is related to the LACIS field of study. Funds are given directly to the International Internship Program (IIP) who selects recipients on LACIS’ behalf.
