Alessandro Bigolin

I am currently a PhD candidate in theoretical linguistics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). My main research interests include the relation between argument and event structure and the morphosyntactic expression of arguments, with a special focus on the nature of grammatical variation regarding how certain classes of events are expressed across languages. The LACIS honorary fellowship enables me to access campus resources and gives me library privileges, which are of great importance for my stay at UW-Madison.
