I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I studied Spanish Teaching (BA) and Spanish Literature (MA) in Bogotá. I am interested in Book history, reading history, canon formation, and the presence of books in literature. I have worked as a teacher and as a pedagogical advisor, and my encounters with academic writing and reading promotion have triggered questions about literacy, citizenship, and literary pleasure in Latin America.
