Did you know that LACIS offers two career-oriented presentations? LACIS’ Assistant Director, Sarah Ripp, previously completed her training as a Certified Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) through UW-Madison’s Counseling Psychology Program within the School of Education. She is available to present to your class in person, or virtually, and can share one of the following topics:
“High School…to College…to Career: Your Future in Latin American, Caribbean, and Iberian Studies”
“High School…to College…to Career: Your Future in Higher Education and Internationally-Focused Employment”
Both of these interactive presentations provide students with an overview of possible careers with an international focus. They also cover topics such as study abroad, internships and volunteering abroad, etc.
