Tarsha I. Herelle

Tarsha Herelle is a doctoral candidate from Connecticut in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. Her interdisciplinary research examines policies of inclusion and social, cultural, and institutional mechanisms of exclusion in education with a focus on the experiences of women across the Black diaspora.
